Detroit Post Earring

I got these earrings during their bae sale and literally never wore them. I decide to wear them for my Birthday on the pedal boat and pull them out and the D disconnected from the post! They said that there is nothing they can do because it was a sale earrings. So you mean to tell me because I purchased faulty jewelry during your sale you won’t replace it. When I say forget this company. I mean it and imma make sure to spread the word
